My approach
There are five stages of change. As a counselor, it is my goal to move you through these stages as efficiently and effectively as possible. Therefore, we’ll meet to figure out where in this journey your starting point is, and then we’ll create a personalized plan for moving forward. If you already have a clear goal and momentum we can fast track. But lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. That’s okay. In our consultation, we’ll identify your needs and how we can get you where you want to be in the most efficient and effective way possible. Because counseling should lead to change, not just to endless sessions.
